Установлено, что наиболее эффективны методы Rep- и RAPD-ПЦР. Метод риботипирования (ITS-RFLP) оказался непригодным для внутривидовой дифференциации бактерий данного вида. В результате генотипирования коллекционные штаммы бактерий (20 штаммов) были разделены на четыре генетически гетерогенные группы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Lactococcus lactis subspecies differentiations methods were examined. It was received that the most effective differential methods are Rep- and RAPD-PCR. The ribotyping method is not suitable to distinguish the subspecies of Lactococcus lactis.
