Установлено, что диапазон изменчивости фенотипических свойств фагов вида с2 очень широк, что определяет необходимость их типирования с использованием молекулярно-генетических методов. Показано, что внутривидовая дифференциация фагов с2 возможна с помощью ПДРФ-анализа участка гена mcp, амплифицируемого при использовании видоспецифичных праймеров.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Eight lactococcal phages c2 were characterized by their resistance to physical and chemical factors and lytic spectra. It was found that phenotypic variability of the phages c2 was wide, thus molecular techniques seemed to be essential for their typing.
