Рассмотрены тенденции развития белорусского и российского рынков мясной продукции. Внимание уделено перспективам развития рынка с учетом потребительских предпочтений и развития современных технологий в сфере производства мясной продукции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article analyzes the trends and features of the development of the world market of meat products in the context of its main segments: the type of raw materials and final products; sales channels and end consumers. Trends in the development of the Belarusian and Russian meat markets are considered. Attention is paid to the prospects of market development taking into account consumer preferences and the development of modern technologies in the field of meat
