Изучены современные тенденции формирования спроса на продукты для специализированного питания. Установлено, что расширение и поддержание внутреннего спроса требует осуществления целенаправленной государственной политики, основанной на эффективном механизме регулирования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of a study of the factors determining the population's demand for functional and specialized food products. Modern trends in the formation of demand for products for specialized nutrition are studied.
