Из 4 групп бактериофагов термофильного стрептококка наиболее часто встречается группа cos (в 7,65 % образцов), на втором месте группа 5093 (в 3,28 % образцов), бактериофаги групп pac и 987 выявлены в 1,09 % и в 1,63 % образцов соответственно. Установлено, что в 60,5% исследованных образцов присутствуют фаговые ассоциации, содержащие от 2 до 5 видов фагов молочнокислых бактерий. Проведен анализ видового состава бактериофагов в разных группах ферментированных молочных продуктах.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A total of 183 samples of dairy raw materials, industrial media, and fermented dairy products collected from dairy-processing enterprises of the Republic of Belarus were examined. Among phagepositive samples, 36.1 % contained lactophages of the 936 group, 25.1 % contained lactophages of the C2 group, and 19.1 % contained lactophages of the P335 group. Of the four bacteriophage groups infecting Streptococcus thermophilus, the cos group was the most prevalent (7.65 % of samples), followed by the 5093 group (3.28 % of samples), while bacteriophages of the pac and 987 groups were detected in 1.09 % and 1.63 % of samples, respectively. Phage associations comprising two to five types of lactic acid bacterial phages were identified in 60.5 % of the analyzed samples.
